2. How many games can I install?

The systems support Hyperspin setups with up to 50,000 emulated games. Due to licensing restrictions, they don’t ship with ROMs, but adding your own is straightforward, and support is provided for configuring your setup.

3. What customization options are available?

You can choose everything from:

  • 2-player or 4-player layout
  • Custom marquee, side wraps, and controller graphics
  • T-molding colors (Chrome, Red, Blue, Black, etc.)
  • Control panel layout modifications

4. How are the arcades delivered?

All arcades ship fully assembled via freight on a pallet. Shipping is free within the continental U.S. Delivery is curbside and includes lift-gate service. Two people are recommended to move the machine indoors.

5. Is there any assembly needed?

No assembly is required. Every unit arrives ready to plug in and play. Just connect it to a standard wall outlet and power it on.

6. What is the lead time for delivery?

Standard builds typically ship within 7–10 business days. Heavily customized units may take 4–12 weeks depending on order volume. Exact shipping time varies by state - reach out for a personalized ETA.

7. What is the warranty?

All arcades come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, external software (like ROMs), or user modifications. Reach out to initiate a claim or request replacement parts.

8. Can I install my own PC or console system?

Yes. You can opt to receive the cabinet without a PC and install your own. The internal wiring and monitor inputs are designed for plug-and-play compatibility with most PCs and emulation setups.
