Is online play available for home users?
No. Online connectivity and live play features are reserved for licensed operators. For home setups, the machine functions as a standalone unit, offering all games and local scoring features without network connectivity.
What types of games are included?
The machine includes an extensive library of games like 301, 501, Cricket, and Cutthroat. You also get modern formats and rotating new game additions that ensure variety and long-term engagement.
How does live remote play work?
For licensed venues, the Galaxy 3 Plus allows players to compete in real time with others across the country. Matches include real-time stats, rankings, and live video for an immersive league experience.
What’s the difference between Galaxy 3 Live and Galaxy 3 Plus?
The Galaxy 3 Plus improves on the Live model with a larger 24" HD monitor, upgraded player camera, enhanced cabinet lighting, and automatic target flip. It is designed for venues that want the most visually engaging dartboard setup available.
Can I switch between soft-tip and traditional darts?
Yes. The Galaxy 3 Plus includes an automatic target flip that lets you transition between game types effortlessly, supporting a wide range of dart formats and play styles.
What’s included in the package?
The dartboard ships with the Galaxy 3 Plus cabinet, upper scoring display, coin door keys, wall safety chain, mounting hardware, and a power cable. It’s ready to install and use out of the box.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly takes about 1–2 hours. You align and secure the cabinet halves, connect wiring harnesses, and affix the safety chain. All tools and instructions are included. Adult supervision is required.
What are the power and space requirements?
The machine requires a standard 120V outlet and stands 83.5" tall. Dimensions are 27"L x 18.5"W x 83.5"H. Ensure adequate ceiling clearance and a flat surface for installation.
How is the dartboard shipped?
Due to its size and weight (130 lbs), the Galaxy 3 Plus is delivered curbside on a pallet. Inside delivery is not included by default, but white glove options may be arranged at extra cost.
What is the warranty coverage?
The machine includes a 90-day warranty on electronics, 9 months on the monitor, 1 year on the darthead, and 30 days on the cabinet. Warranty starts from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
