All Mancave Empire products include free shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Our standard free freight service is insured threshold delivery.

Standard free delivery is insured threshold delivery. The freight handling needed at a home can differ from delivery to a business with a loading dock.

Timing varies significantly by product. Some in-stock items can be ready to ship within a few business days. Others are manufactured after purchase, imported, or customized and need additional production time. Depending on the item, lead times can range from a few days to approximately four, six, or even eight weeks.

Check the individual product page for the best available lead-time information. These are product-specific estimates, not a universal delivery schedule. Contact our team for current availability before ordering.

Larger game tables and machines are commonly shipped on a pallet or in a crate by a freight carrier. The packaging and shipping method depend on the product.

Threshold delivery brings the shipment to an accessible entrance or threshold, rather than to a room of your choice or its final setup position. The delivery point and access requirements should be confirmed for your particular product and destination.

A lift gate is a platform on the truck that lowers freight safely to ground level. It does not provide room-of-choice placement or assembly.

Room-of-choice delivery, white-glove delivery, assembly, and special inside-delivery or handling requirements can be arranged separately.

Pricing depends on the product, destination, stairs, number of thresholds, access restrictions, assembly complexity, and handling required. Contact us to discuss your delivery requirements and request a quote.

Contact us as soon as damage is discovered, even if it was not obvious at delivery. Prompt documentation and reporting make it easier to work through a carrier or insurance claim.

International shipping may be possible on a case-by-case basis. We have handled individual shipments to Canada and can review other destinations.
