How long does delivery take?
Stern machines are made to order. Delivery lead times can range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on production status and demand. You will be informed of your estimated ship window before your order is finalized.
What’s included with the machine?
Each machine includes a full pinball cabinet with backbox, power cord, coin door and coin mechanism, a detailed manual, and packaging. Optional upgrades or accessories may be available depending on the model.
What’s the warranty on Stern machines?
Stern offers a limited warranty:
- Printed Circuit Boards: 60 days
- LCD/Matrix Display: 9 months
Normal wear-and-tear and damage from misuse are not covered. Warranty begins at shipment.
Is curbside delivery the only option?
Standard shipping includes curbside delivery due to the weight of the unit. If you require in-room delivery or setup services, please contact our support team to explore White Glove service options.
How long does it take to assemble a machine?
Assembly typically takes 1–2 hours and includes attaching the legs, setting up the backbox, plugging in components, and leveling the table. Two people are recommended due to the machine's size and weight.
