Frequently Asked Questions - Spider 360 Electronic Dartboards
Why Choose a Spider 360 instead of an Arachnid 360 Electronic Dartboard?

Designed for Home Players

Spider 360 machines are purpose-built for the home market, while Arachnid 360 models are primarily commercial. That means Spider 360 is easier to set up, fits better in a game room, and doesn’t require the same bulky footprint or bar-level hardware.

More Affordable for the Same Experience

With Spider 360, you get the same style of soft-tip play that Arachnid made famous, without paying extra for commercial-grade coin operation or bar features you don’t need at home.

Community and Support for Home Users

Spider 360 focuses on home enthusiasts, meaning software updates, customer support, and product design all cater to people playing with friends and family, not bar owners.

What’s the difference between the Spider 360 1000, 2000, and 3000 Series??

1000 Series

  • Includes 40+ classic dart games like 301, 501, Cricket, Shanghai, and more.

  • 15.5" target area with standard soft-tip segments.

  • Designed as the entry-level home model. Compact, easy to set up, and great for casual play with friends and family.

2000 Series

  • Same 40+ built-in games as the 1000.

  • Upgraded styling: sleeker cabinet design with a taller base and more arcade-like stance.

  • Extra cabinet features: includes a built-in dart and accessory holder, plus improved speaker placement for better in-game sounds.

  • Feels closer to a commercial machine while still made for home use.

3000 Series (Classic / Ice / Fire):

Everything from the 2000 Series plus:

  • Flipping Dartboard: dual-sided target with both regulation-size and reduced-size segments for increased difficulty.

  • Advanced game modes: flipping games (switch between sides mid-match), higher-difficulty versions of Cricket and 01 games, and precision-focused practice modes.

  • Colorway options: Classic (black), Ice (white/blue), and Fire (red/black).

  • Heavier build and sturdier cabinet modeled after commercial arcade dartboards.

  • Larger 24'' LED Monitor
What is the “flipping dartboard” on the 3000 Series?
The 3000 has a dual-sided board: one side with standard target segments and the other with smaller, more challenging segments. Some game modes let you flip between sides during play to add variety and sharpen accuracy.
Can I use soft-tip darts I already own?
Yes. Spider 360 boards use standard 18-gram soft-tip darts, so most sets you already own will work fine.
Do Spider 360 dartboards really include “40+ games”?

Yes, they do. All models ship with over 40 playable options. These include:

  • 6 X01 games (301, 501, etc.) with both Opening and Closing rule sets

  • 6 Cricket variations

  • 8 “Fun” game modes inspired by the Arachnid 360 Galaxy 3 board

  • Plus additional modes and permutations, like single/double bull, player setup options.

  • The 3000 Series also includes 6 exclusive “flipping” games that switch between regulation and smaller targets.

How durable are these electronic dartboards?
Spider 360 dartboards are built for home use with commercial-grade quality. The 3000 Series in particular is modeled after coin-op arcade machines, making it especially durable and long-lasting. Maintenance is minimal. Just occasionally replace soft-tip darts and worn tips, and if needed, individual target segments can be swapped out without replacing the whole board. Keeping the machine clean and avoiding overly heavy darts will help ensure years of reliable play.
Is Assembly Required?
Yes. Assembly is straightforward. You will be able to complete the setup in about 1–2 hours with two people. The heaviest steps involve lifting and securing the machine. Each machine comes with a manufacturer’s manual to guide you.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, all Spider 360 electronic dartboards include free curbside delivery. Two people are recommended for unloading and setup. White Glove Delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What’s the Delivery Time?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking information and delivery updates so you can plan for arrival.
Is There a Warranty?
Yes. All Spider 360 machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for a set period (1 year from the date of purchase). The warranty does not cover normal wear items such as dart tips or segments, but replacement parts are readily available.
