Assembly

Setting up your Barry O’s BBQ Challenge pinball machine is straightforward and doesn’t require any advanced technical skills. Most customers can go from unboxing to flipping in about 30 to 45 minutes.

We recommend having two adults present for unpacking, lifting, and leg installation. The machine weighs over 250 lbs, and it’s safest and fastest with a second pair of hands.

General Setup Steps:

1. Unbox the game carefully -> use scissors or a utility knife to remove straps and packaging without damaging the cabinet.

2. Install the legs -> bolt on the front legs first, then tip the game gently to attach the rear legs.

3. Raise the backbox -> lift it until it locks into place, then secure it using the included bolts.

4. Remove packing materials -> unwrap the glass and playfield area, and open the coin door to unlock and remove the lockdown bar.

5. Level the machine -> adjust the leg levelers to set the playfield angle.

6. Power it on and enjoy -> the game comes with software pre-installed and ready to play!

The machine is mostly plug-and-play! No internal assembly or wiring is needed during setup.
