All new American Pinball machines purchased through our store are covered by the American Pinball Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

• Materials & Workmanship – Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.

• Parts Coverage:

  • General parts: 90 days from the date of shipment.

  • LCD monitor: 1 year from the date of shipment.

What’s Not Covered

• Labor costs for installation or service.

• Shipping or transportation costs.

• Normal wear-and-tear items (rubber rings, bulbs, plastics, posts, etc.).

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or accidents.

• Damage during shipping (claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier).

Warranty Registration

To activate the warranty, the purchaser must register their product on American Pinball’s website within 15 days of receiving the machine.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you experience a warranty issue:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll help troubleshoot and determine if the issue is covered.

2. We will assist you in opening a warranty claim with American Pinball via their service portal or by calling 1-833-API-HELP (274-4357).

3. American Pinball may ship you a replacement part or request the defective part be returned (shipping prepaid).

4. In rare cases, the machine may need to be returned for service.

Our Commitment

Returns for American Pinball products for reasons other than warranty covered defects, are generally not accepted. Any non-warranty return request must be approved in advance by the manufacturer.

If a return is approved:

• The machine must be unopened and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

• A restocking fee may apply, as determined by American Pinball.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the machine has not yet shipped.

Shipping Damage

• If your machine arrives with visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a damage claim and arrange a resolution.

Delivery times for American Pinball machines typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and shipping volume, with free curbside freight delivery anywhere in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

All machines ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight on a pallet, with lift-gate service included in your free shipping. The freight carrier will contact you ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment. We recommend having at least two people available at delivery to help uncrate and move the machine into place.
