Assembly

The GoldStorm Pirates arcade machine ships in multiple large sections and requires on-site assembly. This is a heavy-duty unit with a motion base, so we recommend having at least 4 to 5 people available to assist with unloading, positioning, and assembly, especially when handling the monitor and seat sections, which each weigh over 500 lbs.

Approximate Setup Time:

• 4 to 6 hours, depending on experience with large amusement machines.

Assembly Highlights:

• The game comes in three main assemblies: the Monitor Assembly, Ride Assembly (seat + motion base), and Control Assembly.

• Assembly involves connecting the cabinet sections, plugging in labeled connectors, securing components with bolts, and connecting air tubes and wiring.

• Tools such as hex keys, Torx drivers, and a service key (included) are required.

• The system includes a pneumatic motion base, so extra care must be taken when installing the air tubes and securing the compressor system.

Pro Tips:

• Use a furniture dolly or pallet jack for moving the monitor and ride units into place.

• Be sure to place the cabinet on a level surface and adjust the built-in leveling feet for stability.

• Don’t block the air vents on the rear of the monitor section—this is crucial for airflow and safe operation.

• The cabinet should be assembled with at least 20 inches of clearance on each side for access and maintenance.
