What is covered

• During the warranty period, Kalkomat or its authorized agent will repair or replace parts that are defective in materials or workmanship.

• The warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original installation.

• It covers the core arcade/boxing machine mechanism (electronic board, measuring mechanism, cabinet construction) when used under normal conditions.

What is not covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorised modifications or repairs.

• Parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., punching sensors subjected to extreme force beyond normal use, consumables).

• Shipping and freight costs for return or re-installation may not be covered.

• Damage occurring outside the warranty window.
