Built from Real Birch. Not MDF

The cabinet shell is constructed from 9-ply 3/4" laminated birch plywood. CNC-cut for precision and assembled entirely in-house in Airville, Pennsylvania.

Birch plywood is denser, stronger, and more resistant to long-term wear than the MDF used in most competing cabinets. This is the kind of structural decision that separates a machine built to last a decade from one that looks good in photos.

Assembling the Retro-Cade 4-Player Classic is about as straightforward as it gets, because it arrives fully assembled. The cabinet ships in two sections via freight to manage the approximately 280 lb total weight, with the top section coming in at around 120 lbs.

Once delivery arrives, the two sections are joined together. No tools, no hardware puzzles, no flat-pack frustration. Two people are recommended to safely maneuver and stack the sections, but the process is quick and intuitive. Your cabinet will be standing and ready to play in a fraction of the time it takes to set up comparable build-it-yourself alternatives.
