TV & Display
DO THESE ARCADE MACHINES COME WITH A TV OR MONITOR?
No. The Golden Tee and Arcade Collection cabinets, including the GO portable models, are designed to connect to a TV that you supply. This lets you choose the exact screen you want and keeps your cost down. A 4K TV is required to run the games, and a 55-inch screen is recommended for the best experience.
WHAT SIZE AND TYPE OF TV DO I NEED?
You need a 4K TV. A 55-inch model is recommended, but the games work with most 4K HDTVs. If you are using one of our TV stands, it is built to hold a 55-inch 4K TV.
WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE A 4K TV?
The Golden Tee PGA TOUR and Arcade Collection software is built to output in 4K resolution. A standard HD (1080p) TV will not display the game correctly, so a 4K TV is required for proper play.
DO THE GO PORTABLE MODELS ALSO NEED A SEPARATE TV?
Yes. The GO models are compact, take-anywhere cabinets that connect to a 4K TV of your choice, just like the full-size cabinets. The TV is not included.
Stands
DOES MY CABINET COME WITH A STAND?
A stand is not automatically included with every cabinet. Some models offer a stand as a selectable option, and we also sell stands separately. Check the specific product page to see whether a stand is included or available as an add-on.
WHICH STAND FITS MY CABINET?

The two stands are not interchangeable:

  • Arcade Collection Showpiece Cabinet TV Stand: designed for the Golden Tee Home Edition and Arcade Collection Home Edition cabinets. It does not fit the Golden Tee PGA TOUR cabinet.
  • Golden Tee PGA TOUR Showpiece Pro Monitor Stand: designed for the PGA TOUR Showpiece Pro cabinet.

CAN I WALL-MOUNT THE TV INSTEAD OF USING A STAND?
Yes. If you prefer, you can wall-mount your 4K TV above the cabinet instead of using a floor stand. The stand is simply a freestanding alternative for those who do not want to drill into a wall.
Online Play, Subscription & Updates
DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
Yes, an internet connection is needed for online play, live contests, software updates, and the NFC check-in features. You can still enjoy the installed courses and local play without being online.
IS ONLINE PLAY INCLUDED?
Online play requires an Incredible Technologies online subscription, which is sold separately and available as a monthly or yearly plan. The subscription unlocks worldwide online competition, real-time contests, prizes, and global stat tracking.
HOW DO COURSE AND SOFTWARE UPDATES WORK?
Incredible Technologies releases yearly software updates that add new courses, modes, and features. These annual updates are available for purchase. Your machine ships with its current course lineup already installed.
HOW MANY COURSES ARE INCLUDED?
Golden Tee PGA TOUR includes over 100 original fantasy courses along with real PGA TOUR tournament courses such as TPC Sawgrass and TPC Scottsdale, giving you a huge variety of golf to play.
Editions & Product Differences
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HOME, SHOWPIECE PRO, AND CLUBHOUSE DELUXE EDITIONS?
All of them play the same Golden Tee PGA TOUR game, but the cabinets differ in features and presentation. The Deluxe edition is the most fully featured, adding upgrades such as an illuminated shroud, a GT PGA TOUR marquee, illuminated cupholders, and an integrated TV stand with side panels. The Showpiece Pro and Home editions are more streamlined. Each product page lists that model's specific features.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLDEN TEE AND THE ARCADE COLLECTION?
Golden Tee is Incredible Technologies' legendary golf game. The Arcade Collection is a multi-game cabinet that brings together a library of arcade titles in one machine. Choose Golden Tee for golf, or the Arcade Collection for arcade variety.
WHAT ARE THE GO PORTABLE MODELS?
The GO models are compact, portable versions of the games. They deliver the same gameplay in a smaller, easy-to-move cabinet that connects to your own 4K TV, making them a great fit for smaller spaces or for taking the game with you.
WHAT DO THE CONVERSION KITS DO, AND WHO ARE THEY FOR?
The Conversion Kits are for owners of an existing Incredible Technologies cabinet who want to upgrade or convert it to a Showpiece configuration rather than buying a whole new machine. Because compatibility depends on your current cabinet, contact our support team before ordering and we will confirm the kit is right for your setup.
Setup, Space & Power
HOW HARD IS ASSEMBLY, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Setup is manageable for most people and typically takes anywhere from about 30 minutes for smaller items up to around 1.5 to 2 hours for a fully featured cabinet with a stand and marquee. We recommend having two people on hand for lifting and mounting the TV. Each product includes the manufacturer's instructions.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
Space needs vary by model, so check the dimensions listed on each product page. Remember to allow extra height for the TV and, on some models, the marquee that sits above the screen.
WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS?
These machines run on a standard 120V household outlet. No special wiring is required.
ARE THESE MACHINES COIN-OPERATED?
No. All of the models in this collection are home editions and run on free play, so no coins or credits are needed. Just power on and play.
HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PLAY?
Golden Tee supports up to 4 players, so you can compete with friends and family.

HOW IS MY MACHINE SHIPPED, AND HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your order ships free via curbside freight on a pallet, with liftgate service included, anywhere in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks, and the carrier will call ahead to schedule an appointment. We recommend having a second person available to help move the machine into place.
WHAT WARRANTY DO THESE MACHINES HAVE?
Incredible Technologies products are covered by a limited warranty: 1 year on major components and 90 days on buttons and trackballs. CAN I RETURN MY MACHINE?
Because of their size, weight, and freight shipping, these machines are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, and orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If anything is wrong with your machine, our support team is here to help with warranty service and replacement parts. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
