Due to the substantial size and weight of this machine and freight shipping it is not eligible for returns. It requires special handling, making returns impractical.

Warranty

All new Incredible Technologies products purchased through our store are covered by the Incredible Technologies Limited Warranty, which we honor in full. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Major components: 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
  • Buttons and trackballs: 90 days from the date of purchase.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic issues (scratches, scuffs, and similar).
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or accidents.
  • Any non-factory repair or attempted repair, which voids the warranty.
  • Products with a removed or tampered serial number or security label, which voids the warranty.
  • Damage during shipping (transit-damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier).

Non-warranty repairs or returns are subject to Incredible Technologies' service charges, including a minimum service charge.
